Welcome to West Mersea Bowls Club.

West Mersea Bowls Club is a friendly club, run by its many volunteers for all its bowling players and social members. Our club fixtures show a busy calendar! You can play informally once or twice a week, or you can play competitively several times a week in matches at Club, Borough, County or National Level. 

Our Club features the following:

  • Indoor Bowling (all year round)
  • Outdoor Bowling (April to September)
  • Individual Coaching
  • Roll-Up Sessions - just turn up!
  • Friendlies with other clubs
  • Competitive and League Matches
  • Active social scene plus a fully licensed bar

New members are always welcome! Membership types are Full (Indoor/Outdoor), Junior (10-18 years) or Social.
