2023 Summer Indoor Bowling Knockout Competitions.

Hong Kong Pairs - Three Wood Pairs in Sets - Singles

 

Hi Indoor Bowlers,

I would like to invite you to our Summer Indoor Knockout Competitions. 

We begin with the Hong Kong Pairs Trophy Competition, this will be held as a 3-day event, on Thursday 13th July, Friday 14th July & Saturday, 15th July 2023.

There are 8 teams in our first competition:

The game will consist of 14 ends (about 2 hours)

Grey & Club shirt or Whites

Note: Both rinks will begin at the same time each session.

Thursday 13th July:

The 1st Round will consist of:

4 teams play in the morning at 10am.                 Rinks 1 & 3

4 teams play in the afternoon at 2pm.                Rinks 1 & 3

The winning 4 teams from Round 1 will compete in the semi-final.

Friday 14th July:

Semi Finals:          10am start                                 Rinks 1 & 3

The 2 winning teams from Round 2 will compete in the final.  

Saturday 15th July:                  

The Final:               10am start                                 Rink 2

TIP’s (Three Wood Pairs in Sets) Knock Out Competition, the event dates are as follows:

10am & 2pm,Thursday, 3rd August, 10am, Friday 4th August, with the final at 10am on Saturday 5th August.

The Singles Knock Out Competition event will be held:

10am & 2pm, Thursday 24th August, 10am, Friday 25th August, with the final at 10am, on Sat, 26th August.

I think I have managed to contact most bowlers who play indoors this summer season, my apologies if I’ve missed anyone,  however if you would like to enter a team, for the TIP’s or join us for the Singles Knockout Competition, you would be more than welcome, please let me know as soon as possible! 

Entry information of teams is now on the indoor notice board, add your name & telephone number, if you are interested in joining a team.

Please Note:  

We will have a Presentation of Trophies get together, for all the indoor summer bowlers, following after the Singles final at 10am, on Saturday 26th August, so please keep that lunch time free and come along!

Teas & coffees will be available with each game & cake for the finals (as they are special!)
